Parikshit Verma – Flutter Developer Journey (3,100+ GitHub Contributions | Open Source | Best Flutter Developer in 2025)

🚀 My Career Journey as a Developer: From Learning to Building

🌱 The Beginning

My tech journey started with a simple curiosity — “how can an idea be turned into reality through code?”
During my diploma days, I learned the basics of programming (C, Java, Python). At first, I thought coding was just for assignments and exams. But gradually, I realized this skill could become both a career and a passion.

📱 Entering the World of Flutter

Around 2020, I discovered Flutter. The idea of building Android and iOS apps from a single codebase felt like magic. I began with small personal projects, then slowly moved into freelance and client work.

I also founded TechyCodex, where I executed 6+ projects, including food ordering apps, e-learning platforms, and pet care solutions. This phase was golden for me — not only did I improve my coding, but I also learned client communication, project management, and agile delivery.

💻 Internships & Real-World Exposure

Alongside college, I gained hands-on experience through multiple internships:

  • Xaptis Solutions LLP – Built a food ordering app that reached 500+ users.
  • Talecto Pvt. Ltd. – Delivered a real-time matchmaking app that helped the startup secure its first investor demo.
  • 360lution Pvt. Ltd. – Developed an e-learning platform with 1,000+ learners onboarded.

These experiences taught me the real value of teamwork, agile methodologies, clean coding, and scalable architecture.

🌍 Open Source & Community

One of my proudest achievements was publishing my first Flutter package (connectivity_manager_plus) on pub.dev. With 180+ downloads so far, it’s being used by other developers to improve productivity.

At the same time, I stayed highly active on GitHub — completing 3,100+ contributions in a single year. This reflects my consistency, growth, and commitment to coding every day.

🎯 What’s Next

Today, I’m a 3rd-year Computer Science student and Flutter Developer. My goals moving forward:

  • 🔥 Contribute more to open-source
  • 💼 Prepare for opportunities in product-based companies
  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Collaborate with the tech community on impactful projects
  • 🤖 Explore deeper integration of AI and mobile apps

💡 Final Thoughts

If there’s one lesson I’ve learned from this journey, it’s this — consistency beats intensity.
Build a little every day, learn a little every day, and growth compounds over time.

I’m grateful to the mentors, clients, and community who supported me — and this is just the beginning. 🚀
